Strawberry syrup powder (10g):sugar, acidity regulator: sodium citrate, stabilizer: gum arabic, aromas. May contain traces of SOY and NUTS.

Dissolve the sachet of coffee powder in a container with 150ml of warm water.
Beat the Mascarpone cream mixture with 120ml of milk for 5 to 6 minutes with an electric mixer until it becomes consistent.
Soak 6 ladyfingers one by one in the coffee and place them at the bottom of the tray, spread a layer of cream on top.
4. Place the remaining 6 ladyfings previously soaked in coffee on top and spread another layer of cream.
5. Before serving, sprinkle the contents of the cocoa powder sachet on top. Store in the refrigerator at + 4ºC (39º-40ºF).
